The Department of Computer Science was laid out in the year 1981 with the target of giving quality instruction in the field of Computer Science. The Department has current offices for education, learning and exploration. The Department offers a wide exhibit of exploration potential open doors and projects of study at the undergrad and postgraduate levels. The Department began a 3-year Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program in the year 1982, which was among the first such projects in Quite a while. The Department began 2-year M.Sc. Software engineering program in the year 2004 with the mean to foster center skill in Computer Science and set up the understudies to do improvement work, as well as take up difficulties in research.
